I found this on Amazon after the umpteenth time I had knocked over my then current (quite expensive) toilet brush holder together with the Dettol all over the floor and mats. This one stated it was stable on the floor and looked as though I didn't need to fill it with liquid as it seems to almost clean itself. This has all proved to be correct and the other brush holder is on the way to the tip.

Update: I have changed my review from the original one star to a glowing and healthy four. One star needs to be held back because the original item I received should not have got through quality control before dispatch - nobody wants to have to fish in the toilet to get a brush-head back The supplier contacted me the day after my review went public and I have received some of the best customer service ever, without needing to ask for it and with absolutely no quibble or fuss. I haven't been asked to change my review, but I want to change it. I am happy to say that I now have a replacement brush which is fit for purpose. Hats off to you guys for how you rectified a problem, and thank you.Oh dear me. First use and the head came off, thankfully in clean water, in the loo. I had just put the brush down far enough so it was in the loo water and tried twisting it round to get some good cleaning action going. The shaft twisted, the brush head didn't, I lifted the shaft up - minus the brush head! There it was, playing submarines in the loo. Very nearly a case of £20 down the pan but thankfully I am in my eligible for return window. I will shop for a different brush.

So good I bought another for bathroom. The silicone head seems much more hygienic and definitely easier to keep clean than the usual bristle brush. No yucky build up in the holder either. Really happy with purchase!!

Since it's made out of rubber it's hard to clean every nook and cranny compared to the stiff plastic.

I honestly haven't used it yet, I am moving to a new home so I got all new toilet brushes. It would not be fair to say it is 5 star, but it was shipped when it said it would be and looks like the description. Hopefully I can rate it again after I've truly test it.

they just don't clean like my plastic bristled toilet scrubbers. Can never quite get the last of the slight discoloration off the bowl. Though I feel like this was a good idea, it's just too soft.

This was a leap of faith purchase. I was so tired of the cheaper brushes rusting or falling apart that I figured why not try this. It was more costly but if it worked it would be great. It's great.

Title says it all. I've been using this for over a year now and it's still like new. I love that it's 100% silicone - not a single piece of plastic and no exposed metal to rust. There are no plastic bristles to get smooshed or gray with gunk. There is one minor downside: the length of the handle is a tad short but it's not a deal breaker, especially considering all the positives. I'll be purchasing a second for the second bathroom as my original plastic one reaches the end of its lifecycle.

Very pleased with the product until I used it.....The head dropped off in the loo... the handle has a ribbed metal connector which clearly isn't up to the job of attaching the handle to the business end.Took three efforts before I found an adhesive that would do the job... Gorilla Glue is the key.I may have been unlucky but suspect the design of the joint means you will have to repair the item at some point early in its life. Good concept though.

I like the idea that this is an antibacterial item, however its size is a bit clumsy when trying to reach crooks and crannies under the rim.

Looks good. Durable. Easier to clean this brush. You do have to scrub just a little harder with this guy when cleaning since Its not as rough as the traditional bristles.

Delivery was very quick and this was our second brush. I've been delighted with the performance of the first one so got another for our en-suite. They are so easy to keep clean: I just fill a bucket with hot water and a drop of floral disinfectant and leave the brush and holder to soak for a while. Job done.

This product is great - it's clean and hygienic. Alot better that the traditional bristles that get nasty with germs. I'm really surprised this kind of toilet brush isn't the norm everywhere - it certainly will be in our house from now on.

I have 2 elongated toilets, an American Standard, and a Kohler. This brush does well on the unusual contours of the Kohler and fits well into the trap area; however, the handle is a bit too long. On the American Standard bowl shape, it rates a 2 star -- keep the standard brush! In either case, if the solids have dried on, use a regular brush since the silicone wedge has NO real scrubbing capability. It is easy to clean, and I can see that if you have a household member who uses the brush to push solids down, this would be a better choice than a standard brush.

Great toilet brush, of course keep in mind that it's not abrasive so for tough stains you'll have to scrub longer. I like this brush for its durability, its softness, and because it's easier to keep clean. I also think this brush lessens the chance of splash back when scrubbing the toilet. Overall would recommend!

Amazing product!

This brush is worth the money. It is very solid silicone and well constructed. It cleans better than most brushes with no scratching. It really holds up- have two others bought months ago- look brand new. Personally I like to rinse the brush after cleaning to get the cleaner out of it to help it last.

Well what can I say that they will print:)It works, in all my years this brush does what it claims, and as they say it stays clean after use just holding under the flush and spin and it's done.Yes some may say it's too costly and yes you could a any old bog brush for a few quid but they will not work as good as this model.Bought two and in my book they are worth every penny and £.

So, prior to having a baby we loved having those metal toilet brush and holders that look oh so pretty! However, they certainly werent hygienic and water would pool and rust in the holder and on our tiles. This toilet brush is washable, low profile and classy looking. I love that the brush bristles are dark and the handle and holder are white. It can go with any style of bathroom. I have four bathrooms. Ive only bought one but Im seriously considering changing all of them.Most importantly, our toddler still hasnt found it. It hides so well behind the toilet. Yay!

Love this! Ive had other silicon toilet brushes and this is the best one. Will be ordering more for the other bathrooms. With these œlow flush toilets I always swish after use. Now if you havent cleaned your toilet in months and youve got a lot of caked on crap, this will probably not work and you might want to try a Brillo pad. But for œclean toilets this is wonderful.

Better than the standard bristle, happy with my purchase

Don't care for the standard brush that stains that color and leaves a cup of soup at the bottom of the holder. This style still looks new after a couple months. The grey bristles may cover up staining, but they still look new. The white holder looks pretty new, and is always dry. I think the wider bristle spacing with this design allows for it to completely dry out. I tend to flush and rinse a brush after use as best as I can, but the old style white brush would still stain over time. This silicone style may take a little more elbow grease to clean off mold and tougher buildup than with the old school hard bristle brush, but overall this is an improvement.

This product is exactly what it looks and sounds like in the description. It is a no frills scrubber. It is silicone, which I feel I can get cleaner than traditional scrubs. It doesnt seem to stain like other brushes as well.

I bought the Joseph Joseph brush for the same price and its useless. This one is brilliant, the holder is very soft and pliable so mine doesnt exactly sit straight when in the holder, but it cleans brilliantly so Im not bothered that it leans slightly. Would definitely recommend this.8 months in and its still as new, would never go back to the old style brush again, about to buy another for my daughter. Great brush, no paper etc sticks to it, much more hygienic than a normal brush.

This brush is a lot better than the usual bristle brush,seems very robust and easy to clean ,leaving no residue on brush which must be more hygienic.I will never go back to a traditional brush.

It really works like a regular bristle brush does. Just way easier to clean! It is heavier than i would have expected.

Its one piece and its dark so I cant see the doodoo stains if I leave some behind on it, and its easy to clean

I like that there are no hiding places for bacteria to hang out on this brush. Granted it is still dirty after its intended use but the stand that holds it seems to be a good vessel for storage between use

It took me FOREVER to find a low plastic toilet brush, but I love this product. Most brushes contain so much plastic, I love that this is silicone its an easy household replacement and the brush works great.

This is by far the best toilet brush. Solidly built so you can really put some pressure on without it deforming or just bending backwards. And its easy to clean.The grey is a perfect match for our concrete floors. And it doesn't try to be super fancy. Clean, simple design that fits right in.

I didn't buy this item to clean toilets, and I'm quite certain that the designers didn't think in their wildest dreams that I'd be using it for my purposes....However, it's of a heavy duty quality.Seems strong and solid to last for a long time for my purposes and for its intended purpose.The surface of this brush can be sanitized better than regular brushes, which is extremely important for my uses, but is also favorable for your satisfaction of having a clean brush to clean your toilets.

I bought 10 for the whole extended family. Started using and it didn't remove anything. Almost returned everything until Nir the manager at the company explained to me how to use it and it's important you know this changes the whole product experience. The use should be really gentle and with lots of moisture. When the fibers are straight they clean excellently!
