Warranty Policy

The warranty period is 24 months from the purchase date indicated on the order confirmation.

The warranty period will not be extended, even if repairs are carried out.

The warranty entitles the customer to a product replacement if, after inspection, it is determined that the claim is valid.

Please note: the warranty does not apply to handles and cloths of any kind, even if purchased on the Tyroler website.

To receive service under this warranty, the customer must provide Tyroler with the following, together with the defective product:

A copy of the order confirmation clearly showing the customer’s name.

A clear description of the defect, fault, or complaint.

The manufacturer’s warranty is non-transferable and can only be exercised by the original purchaser.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

Any Tyroler products purchased outside the official website, through unauthorized dealers, or via second-hand purchase.

Defects resulting from neglect, accidents, or any use/maintenance not considered normal and reasonable.

Incorrect connection or installation of parts from third-party suppliers not compatible with the product.

Damage caused by carelessness, mishandling, misuse, or insufficient caution.

Improper storage or handling of the product.

Damage caused by repairs carried out by unauthorized persons or improper disassembly of the product.

Dissatisfaction with the product regarding suitability, weight, functionality, color, or design.

General Terms

The manufacturer’s warranty period for the product is 24 months from the purchase date listed on the order confirmation.

Tyroler reserves the right to discontinue any model, color, or accessory. In the event a product or part is discontinued, unavailable, or out of stock, it will be replaced with a similar product or part.

Tyroler reserves the right to amend the manufacturer’s warranty terms at any time.
